D.C. Groves & Son was established in 1981 by Mr Don Groves with the aim of providing the highest quality service to customers. Don's son Anthony and his wife Karen took over the family business in 1992. Ian Mowl joined in 2004 to complete the management team.
Service quality has been continuously improved, firstly by joining The British Association of Removers in 1998 and then gaining certification to the European standard for domestic removals, BS EN 12522 in 2006.In 2013 certification to BS EN 14873 for storage operations was achieved. D.C. Groves & Son are now one of the few companies in Kent to have achieved this.
Anthony drives the company's passion for quality service and now sits on the board of QSS which audits standards. Accreditation as a Which Trusted Trader came in 2015, establishing the company as more than qualified to cater for small, large or the most awkward of moves. Secure storage from a day to a year or more.
