Zero communication. Job not completed due to incompetence. They came to view the property before coming to complete the work. Turned up without the equipment they needed then left and never returned to complete the job. They didn't inform me they weren't coming back - property will now flood again as they can't return next week. Ridiculous.

Disappointed customer - after getting a reply from email no further response for 4 days of when a visit could take place, poor customer service and no communication. If too busy it would be nice to know so you can see alternative. I was in a dangerous situation after tile slipped from the roof damaging a car and I need them to be checked sooner than later.
Can't recommend this type of service as felt I have been let down.

However I am glad I persisted since, once I was in touch, they were quick to visit and quote to have some of the hips repointed and/or re-bedded. After I accepted the quote they advised a date they should be able to start the work and it was only delayed by the weather. The job was done neatly in two days. The workmen were courteous and cleaned up after each day. They will be the first company
