From posting the job of damp proofing the garage floor to having it completed in the space of a few days I was very impressed. Tony was always on hand to speak to and the workers were really nice turned up on time, finished the job earlier than expected and left the area really tired. We will be using them again to hopefully convert the garage in to a room.

Our property had condensation issue that lead to moss contacted HFACLTD on 9th Nov 2021 - late evening - call picked in 3 rings , they have a 24hr customer service , isn’t that great ! A survey was carried out on 10th Nov 2021 and work completed today 12th Nov 2021 - No mess , done in a few hours and took away all our worries and made us smile . I would definitely recommend to use this service . They are the best 10/10

We had problems with insulation in large inaccessible areas of our loft/roof space. The job required gaining external access by taking tiles off the roof etc. Tony's team were very quick to respond and completed this difficult task in an efficient and professional manner. I thoroughly recommend the company.

Tony provided a written quote and organised the repair to the lead flashing on my roof very promptly. Rick arrived on time to complete the repair. His lead work was meticulous. I’m very happy with the end result which included cleaning up and ensuring all the gutters were cleaned. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and they will be my first port of call if I need any further work done.

HFAC completed the quoted work within time and budget to repair and repoint a chimney and refit ridge tiles on a 17C tiled roof. Tony advised that they attended to other jobs on the roof that needed doing and this extra work was agreed. I am now confident that the roof of my property is in good shape. My verdict is very thorough and reliable but you do have to pay for this quality of service.
