Described as an epiphany, I didn't know that I needed a new carpet until I went into Hudson Flooring with my son and his wife. The selection of carpets is impressive, like dreamland to me, I'm 76!
The advice and attention to detail by all the staff was first class, the professionalism of the fitters exemplary,

The fitters are fantastic and products are amazing. The owner and admin side are the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with. Can’t get their paperwork/invoices in order and then expects the customer to know what is owed. Didn’t come back to finish and we ask them to. Offers a discount in email. Then takes that back and blames customer. Then says hope no hard feeling after a really long unprofessional text. Not a happy experience.

Hi...just a note to praise Hudson Flooring for their service....after a carpet installation a couple of years back, some end of roll marks never did came out as assured at the time and the carpet had become progressively looser over the 2 years. Of course, this is enough to warrant a complaint call...but I’m just pleased with the way in which the complaint was handled. The response, communications and end result of the complaint has been very successful with the carpet being completely replaced at no cost. I don’t offer recommendations freely, but I would certainly use Hudson Flooring again

Tom and his team at Hudson Flooring have been outstanding and we are thrilled with both their service and our new carpet. Tom has deep knowledge of various floorings and what will stand up to busy family life and really tried to match us to the right flooring for our needs. Their communications were excellent, they were patient and flexible as we discussed different options, and the installation was as smooth and efficient as we possibly could have hoped. I would give Hudson Flooring the highest possible recommendation.

We have used Hudson Flooring twice now, once for a carpet, and more recently to have some Amtico installed. Both times we were really happy. The staff in the shop and over the phone have been helpful and friendly, and the fitters were excellent. They did a great job, and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use Hudson’s again.

Sitting Room, Stairs and Hallways and Bedroom all looking amazing thanks to the team at Hudsons - but especially to Tom who helped me focus and choose - with such an amazing selection it was lovely to have people with experience steer me in the right direction. We had the most wonderful service from Hudson Flooring. Before we came to the Sevenoaks shop, we tried a few others, and Hudson Flooring struck us immediately as a friendly and efficient place, where customers are properly looked after. We got excellent advice, and the whole process was very smooth. We particularly admired the work of the fitters, they were really pleasant and very professional. Highly recommended.
