So pleased with Chelsfield Flooring, they did a brilliant job. They allowed me to take big samples home at no charge so was able to make a good choice and gave me good advice. The guys that did the fitting were very efficient and professional, very tidy and the carpet looks great. Not the problems that my friends have had with the large carpet outlets. Price for the same carpet was better than the well known department store ‘not knowingly undersold’!.....I do love that department store but in this instance feel I have had a much better deal and a more personal service, with a very good outcome

Shocking experience. Arranged for someone to come measure up to price our job. My wife stayed in all morning to wait for them. When they did not show up, I called to ask what had happened. They had called my mobile at work from a number they had not used before, but I had missed because I was in a meeting. I was told someone had been knocking on the door for 45 minutes (not possible). Trying to find out what had gone wrong, with a view to sorting it out, the lady on the phone said "well, if your wife was home all morning she should have answered the door." Oh dear.
