At Kneesall Estate, we have used Martin Peacock Architectural Services to great effect on three recent projects. Martin has prepared plans and obtained planning consent for the conversion of a redundant dairy site into an equestrian centre, the conversion of a range of traditional farm buildings into a highly successful farm shop, and consent to convert a range of traditional brick built farm buildings into residential units.
It is our endeavour to work with you to make your project as cost effective as possible, and so will provide a competitive fee for all professional services. Martin Peacock Architectural Services Limited operates a chargable rate of 105 per hour, based on an 8 hour working day. The work undertaken may involve other areas of expertise and will be charged out with no additional cost.
