We really enjoyed working with Simon at Roost. Simon brought some great design ideas and communicated these with some lovely visualisations. We were inspired to push the boundaries and ended up with designs we were really happy with. Roost helped us overcome some planning hurdles drawing on their positive relationship with Bradford Local Authority. Great service and very fair rates. We would recommend Roost to anyone who is interested in design.

We approached 3 architects regarding a “project” to revamp our dated 2 bedroom 1970’s property in Menston.
(1 architect that had been recommended to us, 1 who was local and 1 from an internet search - Roost architects of Ilkley)
Simon initially visited the property and gave us some background regarding his company and examples of what they had designed. He then importantly listened, to our thoughts and ideas, how we lived our lives, how we saw our property and how we wanted it to look/flow.
We had done extensions previously but not on this scale (from a 2 to a 4/5 bedroom property).

Simon is an architect who lives and breathes design and his enthusiasm is infectious, this fires up any project to get the best configuration and bring it to life . Simon has done a couple of projects for me now and been on hand to advice on others too. We have recently completed our architecture and building project, which we kickstarted in November 2019. We would highly recommend Simon and his team.
