Sisal is a better option as it has a far superior slip resistance.

We asked BP Carpets to supply and fit carpets for three rooms in our flat at very short notice as we had tenants moving in sooner than anticipated and they pulled out all the stops to meet our deadline. They fitted the carpets in about half the time anyone else we contacted said they would be able to. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The carpet is fine. We have installed the carpet in one floor and on the stairs. But unfortunately they have completely damaged the new finish on my stairs renovated recently. The nails crossed the timber and came out on the other side creating cracks and holes in every single step. I have rectified the lady that also did the initial inspection to see if we could find a solution for it and she only said that this can happen it is normal, nothing else. Not too normal for me! I am not an expert in carpets but i work in construction and there are so many ways to avoid this. And she could have raised

After looking for months to find both a supplier and a fitter for a cork floor I came to BP Carpets. They were excellent: from being able to make an appointment to come to the shop during lockdown to look at samples, to ordering and fitting the fitting the floor within a week of paying for it.
Muma was really helpful, keeping me informed along the way, and the fitters were friendly, professional, turned up when expected, and did a great job. I'd definitely use BP Carpets again.

Muma was a delight to work with in the planning/estimating stage. We decided on the Emotions Champagner flooring, which was to be laid throughout our flat apart from kitchen and bathrooms. Danny and installation team completed the job in around 5 hours, which was a remarkably short time for such a lot of work. The finished floor is beautiful, it’s transformed our home, it is so easy to keep clean, but the best part is how it feels warm and soft to bare feet. BP Carpets did a great job. Highly recommended.
