Simon Fenton Partnership
Welcome to Simon Fenton Partnership LLP, Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. The Practice was formed in 1988 and has continued to build up a strong and successful reputation working on a wide variety of projects up to 250m in value. Based in Manchester, we have an enviable record of major developments throughout the United Kingdom for commercial, public and private clients.

We believe that at SFP we add value to the traditional core skills of the Cost Consultant and Quantity Surveyor, by providing today's clients with more specialised, dynamic, innovative services and leading edge skills through additional services such as project management, construction management and dispute resolution.

We have worked and continue to work successfully with design teams and clients by creating excellent working relationships based on professional trust through regular, informative and responsible interaction. The high number of repeat commissions is a measure of that success. Several projects have received RIBA and Civic Trust Awards resulting from the teamwork and close collaboration between all the design team members.
