Ram Furniture specialises in traditional furniture, each piece individually made by hand in thoroughly seasoned oak and other native hardwoods. Construction methods are entirely traditional. All our furniture is designed and built to individual requirements. Designs can be made compatible (in both style and colour) with your existing furniture -integrating the old with the new.
The designs of turnings, carvings and mouldings on your existing furniture can be reproduced and incorporated into the piece you are commissioning from us. Colour and finish are always done to your individual requirements. Ageing and distressing can be carried out on your commissioned piece if you wish it.
We also offer a restoration service, in particular for re-polishing table tops. If your table surface is looking a little worse for wear, we can restore it to its former glory, re-varnishing of staining back to the original colour. This service can be carried out for any size table from a large dining table to a small coffee table.

Ram Furniture can design and build bespoke cabinets in a variety of hard or softwoods to any design to fit any space. Cabinets can be finished in a variety of colours and finishes of your choice. They can have solid wooden doors or glass panels for display cabinets. We can design and build any size of cabinet from a small bedside to a large display cabinet.
At Ram Furniture our clients come to us with all manner of requests from matching a chair to an existing set, repairing an old piece of furniture to making the more unusual items such as a spinning wheel and wall panelling.
