Bought a ten foot grand bakers table and ten monroe chairs and they were delivered a couple of weeks ago by a lovely fellow called des and his able partner. The table makes me happy every time I look at it and know that we will have many happy times sitting around it. It really is the focal point of our room.

Initial communication with Authentic was excellent, attentive and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the ordering process was painless and clear. Unfortunately our order of a two seater tufted glove sofa took almost three months from order to delivery. We were initally given one delivery date, which we could not make and despite us providing numerous other dates it was several weeks later before they were delivering in our area. This included one date, where they cancelled on the actual date of delivery siting vehicle issues( we had only the day before got rid of our old sofa to make room

Really friendly and helpful people, Tim especially. No hassle or hard sales pitch and the showroom is really nice and shows off the range of furniture. We have bought a pair of leather chesterfield sofa`s and Tim was really knowledgeable about the best options etc. Great price in the colour we wanted and they are FANTASTIC. My wife and I had been looking all over the country for the right ones for us and when we came across this shop, it was bang on. Handmade, great quality and one thing you dont appreciate in the showroom........what a wonderful smell they have when they get delivered.

We recently had our Olive Velvet Tufted Glove delivered, and what a stunner it is. The quality and finish of the chair is beautiful and the fact it has been handcrafted by a local craftsman makes it even more special. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a more helpful and friendly service right through from our initial enquiry to delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys and I can’t wait to go and visit the showroom!

I have to say that I am not usually one for giving reviews, especially for furniture, but the experience has been so good felt I had to share it. Authentic provided us with a quality sofa which we are over the moon with. Comfortable as well as attractive we are thrilled and feel these people really go the extra mile making the whole experience painless. Well done
