Wouldn't hesitate in recommending - competitive price within our budget and great advice given. Was able to bring installation forward 6 weeks but we were willing to wait - you don't necessarily want somebody who is instantly available!! Was given to us as a recommendation and rightly so, the floor is stunning. Very polite people to deal with, not pushy sales based. We will be back next year for more work.

Very happy, great service both instore and when carpet was fitted. Only place where they give an estimate and the final price turns out to be lower, not higher- they were able to use one carpet and split into two rooms rather than buying two carpets and having lots of waste and a higher price. Fitted in next to no time without having to rush. Managed to fit me in, in about two weeks despite being busy and yes fitter turned up when the salesman said he would pretty much to the minute. Cleared up after himself and even hoovered the rooms. Glad i chose this firm- oh im told they dont use subcontractors
