Maria- Susana is a senior international fully qualified registered architect elected by the ARB (Architects Registration Board) and by the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) in the United Kingdom. Previously she qualified in France and Argentina as member of the CNOA (French National Architects Board) in Paris and in the CPAU (Architecture and Urbanism Architects Board) Buenos Aires.
With over thirty years 'of experience and an established track record in the conservation of high-profile buildings, she specialised in hospitality, residential, refurbishments, conversions and regeneration in historic environments. She has achieved award winning projects and acquired a varied portfolio of projects in the residential, luxury, commercial, hospitality and social community sectors.
Maria is member of RIBA-ELAG (East London Architects Group) serving as Newham representative in partnership with the University of East London. BM3 Architects works closely with clients and the community to create extraordinary places for living, working and shopping across Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
