After the Builders you'll often find lots of dust & dirt everywhere. we were booked in for a deep clean for a lived in home, 2 women came with the grubbiest of cleaning stuff! we left them to clean and come back once they'd rang and said they were almost done.
The women were already in the car waiting for us when we got back, I gave them the money and they left. once we got it in and looked at the work they had done we were fuming, our home wasn't really that bad and it was an easy £275 but I was willing to pay it as i have no time with 3 kids.
Half of the things on the Deep clean list were not even looked at never mind cleaned, they simply came in made beds, hoovered floors, wiped the bathrooms over not attempting to remove the limescale from around the tap or clean around the outside of the toilets, they cleaned half the windows and skirtings my fridge was not cleaned properly, the frames and surfaces had not been cleaned neither had my kitchen or dining room table! I text the women that came (who I am sure actually run the entire company) were rude and dismissive but agreed to return and complete the jobs that were missed a few days later.
They came back with the worst attitude leaving us uncomfortable in our own home, when I checked to see if the all the things had been done (they had not) they both stood argueing with me and recorded me on there phone! I had to ask them to leave.
Once I rang the "company" to speak to the owner Sophie I was told I could not speak to her and I would not recieve a partial refund as they clean was completed to there standard.
Take your business else where!!!

My Dad ( 86 ) has plodded along doing all his own cleaning since the start of the pandemic, a year later he definitely needed some help.
Sophie’s cleaning turned up promptly at 9:30am and didn’t leave until 2pm after going above and beyond what we expected, including making his bed and helping him hang the washing.
He said “They’ve just gone at 2 o’clock - they’ve done a brilliant job - I have no hesitation in giving them 5 gold stars if you are asked. Immaculate fridge and microwave. I would definitely use them again, they were superb, it has never been this clean. Thank you.”

Sophie's did a great job for me. They also ended up charging me a bit less than they estimated.
First: very nice people, were kind and helpful to arrange the clean/key dropoff and pickup in a convenient way for us both.
Second: their work was very good, it was a move in clean for me and the apartment looked vastly different after the clean.
I would recommend and have already recommended it to my close friend.

Two young ladies arrived promptly from Sophie’s cleaners to do a one off thorough clean of my empty house, ready for the new buyers. Everyone looks young to me, but these two ladies looked IMPOSSIBLY young! However, any early misgivings were short lived, as they proceeded to tackle all the rooms with very considerable efficiency. They have done a superb job, can’t fault anything. The house is spotless and they were a pleasure to have around. My husband and I were tackling the garden during their visit but I was more than happy to leave them working in the house, in fact we were so relaxed that
