We work on both Residential and Commercial projects. We enjoy working with Private clients on smaller alteration projects, full-scale conversions and one-off House designs. We work with a wide range of Local and Regional Housing Developers producing bespoke housing schemes in the Local vernacular, across the county.
We regularly produce feasibility layouts for housing schemes from 3 units up to 50 units for landowners and developers to assess project viability. Whilst wishing to keep our practice on a small scale we work with a regular team of experienced Consultants who provide expertise on Highways, Arboriculture, Ecology & Planning Policy, which allows us to provide our clients with a complete range of skills to bring forward successful projects.
