We have been practising in Sheffield since 1987 offering homeowners the valuable surveying services we deliver. MBA Lettings & Property Management Ltd (known as MBA) are a small firm of Independent Chartered Surveyors that specialise in Homebuyers Surveys and Valuation Reports in the areas surrounding Sheffield, Chesterfield and North Derbyshire.
A home is the most expensive purchase you are likely to make and choosing to have an independent survey, prior to purchase, gives you the confidence to move forward with your purchase knowing exactly what defects or shortcomings are present and what further costs may be involved. We are qualified Registered Valuers and as such can give an accurate independent valuation on all property. There are many reasons why you may need an independent valuation. Whilst an estate agent can give an idea of the market value of your property only Chartered Surveyors (MRICS or FRICS) who have qualified as Registered Valuers are qualified to carry out formal valuations.
The other side to our business is Lettings and Property Management. We are experienced in acquiring and managing properties for Landlords including residential and student lettings.
