We are located around a 5min walk from the Shalesmoor Tram Stop, and the tram provides a park & ride facility from the Parkway and access from the City Centre, Meadowhall and other key infrastructure routes.
Right to Light is a complex field, and one not often called upon, but if you have a development adjoining your property which may have a perceived impact upon the light to your property, or you are undertaking a development and wish to assess the neighbourly impact, we can assist. Great company, providing a professional and courteous service throughout. I commissioned Inform to undertake a snagging report on my new build property - this proved to be invaluable, identifying issues which the builder would not have addressed otherwise. I would really recommend this company based on their comprehensive survey information and customer service. Gavin & Felix were so friendly and took the time to speak with me over the phone to answer the many questions I had. My surveyor was obviously extremely knowledgeable, and what was great is that he explained his findings to me in a way that I understood without being patronising. They provided me with a nice middle option between a home buyers report and a full comprehensive survey called a 'summary of defects and repairs', which was a great option based on what I felt I needed.
