Tess recently worked with us on the complete rebuild of our house. She's been absolutely brilliant, really understood what we were after and came up with an excellent plan that was perfectly on brief. Unfortunately, because of building restrictions on the estate we live on, we weren't able to get approval for the plans to go ahead. Tess was un-phased, went back to the drawing board and came up with a new scheme that kept us, the estate committee and the planners happy and things proceeded from there without a hitch.
