Whether you want a simple extension, loft conversion or brand new house we can provide the services you need. Malcolm Jenkins Associates has experience in a wide range of disciplines including building design, structural design, project management, local authority consents, interior design, architectural visualisations and party wall awards.

We provide an individual and personal service. We are committed to making the process comprehensible and straightforward for clients and pride ourselves on fostering excellent working relationships with our clients whether they be individuals or commercial developers.
Services
Every project starts with an initial meeting on site. Most clients require the Full Architects Service from inception through to completion. However, we also provide individual solutions, tailor-made for clients who do not require the full range of our services. Our Full Architects Service provides the client with a single point of contact and personal service throughout the entire design, planning and construction of the project.
Malcolm Jenkins Associates is an RIBA Chartered Practice specialising in residential architecture, particularly new builds, large extensions and renovations. We offer a professional service for private clients seeking traditional, contemporary or bespoke residential developments, and work closely with our clients to achieve elegant and innovative solutions to individual client needs.
Should you choose to use our Full Architects Service, in which we work with you on your project from start to finish, our fees will be quoted as a percentage value of the proposed total building works cost. Invoices are sent at the end of each of the above stages, unless your project is of sufficient size or complexity whereby each of these stages might take several months to complete.
Why do I need an Architect? An RIBA Chartered Architect has studied for a minimum of seven years, and subsequently has the qualifications, professional training, vision and experience to manage the entire design and construction process.
We have completed new builds and large extensions for residential developments and individual houses, as well as conversions, refurbishments and listed buildings. Malcolm Jenkins Associates has specialised in residential new builds and large extensions for over 35 years.

My husband and I employed Malcolm and his team to help design, draw and seek planning permission for our new master bedroom. Their work was exemplarily, professional, responsive and simply wonderful! I would absolutely recommend them!

What a complete waste of time. Charged a large fee to look at a job only to tell me that they were not interested. Said that they were too busy and the initial fee is non-refundable.
Dont bother.
