The defendant ordered a new bungalow. After construction started, he ordered a swimming pool, extensive paving and a superior standard of finish generally. The claimant contractor proceeded accordingly and then presented his bill, which the defendant thought was excessive. On behalf of the defendant we physically measured the work on site to prove that the claimant's claims for materials were exaggerated.
