I was so pleased with the level of service I received from Thomas Locksmiths. I rang, they quoted, they said they'd be with me in 30 mins, there were on time. He tried his best to shimmy open the lock before fitting a new lock and so I knew he had tried his best to give me the best price.

I contacted Thomas Locksmith for a service on my chub lock. I used them as they are only down the road from where I live. When I called I said my lock was not working properly and he said he could be there the next day and that it would cost £70 As soon as he came he asked again if I knew it was going to be £70... I said yes thinking he would need to remove the lock and take it apart. Instead he knowingly went to his van got some oil, sprayed it and then said that he only accepts cash or he can do card if he calls the shop.
