I had a very tricky door to realign. I assumed (very wrongly) that it would be just adjusting the hinge mechanism. Pip came and very patiently worked out what the issue(s) were and got it all fixed. It took over 2 hours and many opening and closings of the door but I now have a secure house. I can’t thank Pip enough. I just wish I had used this company before when I had the initial repair done which caused the realignment.

What can I say - both Charlie and Pip were so friendly and professional from the beginning. I called in the afternoon and by 9.30am the next morning, the problem was sorted and at a really affordable price. Charlie was so kind and really reassuring and helpful and Pip went above and beyond to sort out the door lock, making any necessary adjustments. I am so impressed and will definitely be using them again :)

Pip was really knowledgeable and helpful refitting a new lock to an old keyhole. She came out straight away and was able to assess the age of the lock and fit an appropriate new mechanism. She even fixed my front door that didn’t shut properly into the bargain. Thanks for such a courteous, friendly and professional service

Highly recommend. We had locked ourselves out - Charlie was really friendly on the phone and Pip arrived 10 minutes later. Pip got us in with no problems very quickly and then stayed to rekey our locks which we had been meaning to do for a while. Pip went above and beyond the call of duty to adjust the latch on our porch door which has dropped a bit. Very friendly and fair - highly recommend. Thank you both

10 minutes and we are in. This company are absolutely trust worthy and will not try to charge or do work that isn't needed. I was expecting to replace the lock the first time we locked ourselves out but some innovative thinking and a big stick has us in the office in minutes. Fair prices, great attitude and very helpful. The Brighton Gin hand sanitiser is a nice touch. We keep their card in our window just incase we lock ourselves out again so we can see the number!

Thanks so much to to the team and Pip for coming round in rapid time when I’d broken my back door yesterday morning. Amazing service and also recommended how I maintain windows, doors and locks and even went as far to look at the front door after noticing issues there too. Pip and Charlie were great. Nice and did a great job in an emergency locked out of the house type situation. They were able to repair and not replace which is an added bonus. I was bracing myself for a massive bill and was delighted to only have to pay call out. Definitely saved their number (despite hoping not to need them any time soon!).
