For the last 10 years, we have been providing central heating & plumbing services to residents in Felpham, Bognor Regis, Elmer, Middleton, Aldwick, Pagham, Chichester & everywhere inbetween! We supply & fit complete central heating systems as well as undertake repair work or smaller upgrades. We're Gas Safe Registered which is a legal requirement for any Gas Engineer when working on gas appliances.
As with many things these days, there are a multitude of options available & decisions should be driven by your specific requirements & budget. Your central heating will most likely consist of a boiler, radiators and/or underfloor heating along with associated time & temperature controls. Combi boilers provide heating to the radiators or underfloor heating as well as hot water, on demand, to the taps, showers & baths.
Initially we will investigate & diagnose the problem - this will be charged at 1 hour labour. We will then provide a fixed cost for the repair or offer further advice as appropriate (sometimes the boiler is still covered under a manufacturers guarantee, without you knowing). We will provide sound advice on all the options available to you, when considering replacing your boiler.
If you're thinking of fitting UFH throughout your house, it is extremely important to have the complete system designed professionally. To ensure that the system functions as expected, the pipe sizing, spacing, flow temperatures & flow rates need to be designed with consideration made to the floor insulation, floor base & the finished floor covering Wood?
With programmable thermostats different temperature settings are set for different times of the day. Eg: when you go to bed the thermostat might be set to 15 degrees & then when you rise in the morning, the thermostat could be set for 20 degrees. With a Combi boiler, programmable thermostats are the most basic controls that we recommend.
