Ross did a great job installing a new boiler for us, he was quick, efficient and tidy. He also replaced our radiators, he was flexible in helping us choose new ones and returning to fit them fitting around our other renovations. He was friendly and showed up when he said he would. He talked us through our new heating controls and gave us some hints on our set up. Couldn’t ask for more, highly recommended.

Ross installed a new boiler, Nest thermostat and vertical radiator for me. Very polite, cheerful and friendly. Top quality standard of workmanship. Work completed within the estimated timeframe, all rubbish removed and
house left clean and tidy.

These guys provide a worry free service. They contact me when the annual service is due which is a requirement for house insurance. They do not pressure you and are totally reliable. If you have any other heating related issues they will sort them out for you during the visit and won’t necessarily charge if the “ fix” is within the visit time. I have recommended them to neighbours around the area who now have the annual service. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a failure of my 80yr old mother's heating system during a cold snap. Ross responded with haste loaning some portable radiators overnight and was able to fit her in for a new boiler system - being an emergency. Very happy with all aspects of service and would not hesitate to recommend Sussex Heating in the future.

We had an old boiler and cylinder removed and replaced. Ross gave good advice and was very helpful, efficient, professional and polite carrying out the work. The cylinder was harder to remove than expected but he remained cheerful and worked late to ensure everything was finished on time. We are very pleased with the installation and the excellent service given by Ross.

Hats off to this company and particularly the Ross the Boss! Not only was the advice given for the new system spot on, but the installation, commissioning and testing was very good. Now i have a safe reliable system, that works perfectly, and i am sure will save me a lot of money.
