Kay Pilsbury Thomas Architects are a close-knit, friendly team of very experienced RIBA Architects, Architectural Designers and BIID Interior Designers, who all specialise in the conservation, adaptation and extension to historic buildings. The practice was established by Architect Kay Pilsbury from our 17th Century barn studio in Radwinter in 1985, to focus on alterations & repairs to old buildings.

We are a friendly and professional practice that enjoys working closely with clients to help them realise their aspirations. We are an RIBA Chartered Practice and Accredited in Building Conservation (AABC).
We are a family firm with over 25 years of experience. The practice is run by Kay Pilsbury and her daughter Sibyl with a friendly expert team of specialist designers and Architects. Most of our clients come to us because they require an amiable Architect with a sound knowledge of old buildings, their history and construction.
