GAC Environmental Ltd are a building service contractor, established in 2010, that bring together a management team that have worked closely together for many years with a wealth of experience in all aspects of the industry. This experience encompasses not only the traditional heating ventilation and air conditioning but extends to the working knowledge of refrigeration, heat pumps, heat recovery and central plant.

GAC Environmental Ltd are able to offer clients a complete Design & Build Service or an Installation & Co-Ordination service (for pre-designed projects). All service designs are created utilising the latest versions of AutoCAD, Revit and Hevacomp Design Software, engaging in BIM lead projects and incorporating BREEAM compliance as required.
Using the latest technology and an intelligently tailored approach to design, we install heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems that maximize energy efficiency and climate control. We provide a complete HVAC installations service, including new builds and refurbishments, with a flexible approach allowing each specialty to be carried out individually or as part of a complete mechanical and electrical installation package.
We are a REFCOM contractor with all of our engineers fully F-gas trained and compliant. We also regularly attend manufacture training courses to develop our knowledge and technical skills on all kinds of equipment. As well as offering tailored Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs we also provide a 24 hour 365 day per year call out service.
It is our aim to achieve a working environment which is free of work related accidents and ill-health and to this end we will pursue continuing improvements from year to year. Identifying hazards in the workplace, assessing the risk related to them and implementing appropriate preventatives and protective measures.

OFFICE AIR CONDITIONING including full VRF heat recovery systems to the main office areas, split systems to various ancillary offices & close control downflow units to comms rooms.
