The design, construction and commissioning of Student Accommodation comprising a mixture of 399 bedrooms, 4 commercial units and associated site works. Amenity spaces including part retention of Grade II Listed facade and building. The scheme is a 324 bed student accommodation project for the new specialist student brand, Future Generation.
This scheme included the Design and Build of a 140-seat chapel and crematorium, a second building housing a waiting area and associated landscaping to create a memorial garden, footpaths and water features including an infinity pool and reflection pools. The construction of a new advanced manufacturing facility, offices and research and design premises.
