Located on the outskirts of Derbyshire, our Church Farm development offers a range of high-quality 3-5 bed homes in the small town of Ripley. Nestled in the village of Giltbrook, The Green is comprised of 4-5 bed homes all within easy access of the M1 and Nottingham City Centre. Offering a selection of homes, this development is located in the small town of Leabrooks in Derbyshire and is surrounded by countryside.

Church Farm estate, Ripley : the estate is a good layout with nicely designed houses, these are let down badly but the lack of thought and rough finish. You get the feeling that contractors were in and out ASAP.
Things like shaver points above the sink so you cannot put up a mirror, wall tile fitted behind the sink after the sink was fitted so you cannot use the plunger, no service valves fitted to the sinks. Gloss paint turns yellow after a few months, emulsion on the walls wipes off. Floors creak, shower doors leak. I could go on and on, after sales service is also very poor, this is not just

I have lived in a Langridge built home for 18 years. The house was 12 years old when we bought it. Recently having our roofline with guttering replaced from a (checkatrade company) they found the bottom set of roof tiles were found to be nailed into the fascia meaning it needed re-roofing because of a Latent defect. Langridge homes says this was normal building regulations for them as it was passed by the local council? Langridge homes made a massive mistake and covered
the problem. It takes more than 10 years for fascia to go wrong . Now I have to pay to get sorted. 60 years of house building
