The two principal shareholders of the business first met in 1991 and have worked closely together ever since. Between them they have been involved in the building services commissioning industry for 56 years to date so you can count on their experience. We have the expertise to carry out the physical commissioning of all HVAC systems installed in the built environment. Constant volume, variable volume, earth tubes we really have seen them all!

Our people are empowered to make decisions, are equipped with the latest technology and are capable of providing full MEP Commissioning Management. Validation or Verification surveys are a core part of our business, whether you require surety of base build delivered air and water volumes or a full survey of the installed MEP services we can help.
