Staff where fine and helpful. Was given a delivery time of 2 - 4 weeks, but maybe a little longer due to the present covid problems. Six weeks later I called find out the situation and was told they had called the company and delivery would be the next week. Called again 1 week later when I had not heard from them to be told it would be up to 10 days for the delivery, the bed hadn't left the suppliers so it could not have been delivered when I was told it would. So be careful on given delivery dates. Things at this time are taking a little longer, but being told the truth would be very helpful
