We provide Architectural Services in Harpenden and we also work in St. Albans and the surrounding areas. The practice covers all aspects of design and drawing work prepared in CAD Format. Our typical service includes a free initial consultation with clients to ascertain their exact requirements and proposals, often for single or two storey extensions, loft or garage conversions.

We also specialize in new builds, or more, as required by clients or developers. After instruction, our scope of works extend to carrying out a full measurement survey, photographs and preparing sketch schemes for review. Detailed planning drawings are then prepared and submitted for the approval of the local authority.

Thereafter full building regulation drawings are prepared, submitted and approval obtained. The detailed drawings can then be used for pricing and construction use. We can manage the tender procedure with contractors and project management of the works through to completion.

Perry M Jones Ltd has been established since 2003. Prior to this our Director, Perry Jones, spent 19 years working for a Harpenden Architectural Practice and 10 years on a freelance basis. During this time he built up a substantial client base and strong links with local developers, contractors and the Local Authority.
Perry M Jones Ltd & Perewell Developments Ltd continues and has had the opportunity of designing some beautiful bespoke new dwellings in Harpenden and the surrounding areas. On the tool bar to the right hand side are a few examples of the new homes/small private estates that we have designed that have been built to an excellent high standard by quality local contractors.
This site is set between Penn Road and Spooners Drive in St. Albans. The project started off with new houses being built in Penn Road which then extended into the rear gardens of Penn Road backing onto the rear gardens of Spooners Drive.
The existing site comprised a wide fronted bungalow on a spacious plot set in between two existing two storey dwellings. The property was demolished and the construction of a pair of semi-detached houses created two three storey dwellings providing 4 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, open spacious lounge with a large kitchen/breakfast room to the rear on to beautiful rear gardens and off street parking to the front.
This is a back garden development utilising under developed land to provide three high spec two storey dwellings with garages. Set in the heart of Watford this site backs on to woodlands which has created a great back drop for the rear view of these properties. Each property comprises four bedrooms with en-suite's and conservatories to the rear.
