Nabarro McAllister & Co. are an independent firm of General Practice chartered surveyors with the firm having been established by Simon Nabarro in 1984. In 1994 Douglas McAllister joined the Practice when it began to trade as Nabarro McAllister & Co. The firm subsequently incorporated and is now trading as Nabarro McAllister & Co Ltd.
The surveyors in the firm currently are Simon Nabarro FRICS, James Horner, MRICS and Steve Wake Bsc Hons. The Practice based in North Leeds undertakes a variety of surveying disciplines both on a local and national basis, depending on the nature, type and style of work involved.
Residential valuation and survey work is confined to the West Yorkshire area where valuations, RICS homebuyer reports and structural surveys are carried out for private clients and a wide range of main stream lending institutions.Rating work, commercial matters including landlord and tenant advice is dealt with covering a much wider area and rating appeals are dealt with on a national basis.

Nabarro McAllister & Co. undertake residential valuations for a wide range of banks, building societies and other lending institutions and also for private clients. We also undertake RICS Home Buyers surveys and building surveys/structural surveys on domestic property. The Firm undertakes commercial valuations for banks and other lending institutions and building surveys in respect of retail, commercial and industrial property.
