Services
The Building Survey is the most detailed of our Surveys and is recommended for properties pre 1950 or any properties which have been extended or significantly altered. The Landlord and Tenant service is a specialist area of Building Surveying and the relationship between both parties is a complex one.

I had a home survey by this company in April 2016 the surveyor was a Mr Ogley we moved into the property on the 15/07 /2016. We had been in the property 3 days when part of the kitchen ceiling came down because of a leak in the bathroom. We then noticed a further two problems, damp patches one in the small bedroom and one on the landing which had come from leaks on the roof which the surveyor had missed and is going to cost a lot of money to repair. When the survey was booked Mr Ogley asked what the main concern was & the roof was stated. Roofers that we have had out for quotes have all stated
