The Michael Steel company have provided an excellent service with the sale of a commercial warehouse. They provided expert advice on the market value and produced an effective marketing strategy. They know the market place very well and attracted strong bids. They undertook the site visits striking a good rapport with the tenant and prospective buyers. They have been brilliant at keeping us informed throughout the sale process, making recommendations and supporting the legal work when processing the contract for sale. SO SERIOUS that you will NOT believe it.
You would expect them to be open, honest & transparent.
BUT - NO.
Twice I have experienced this with them, & caught out their lies on 1 occasion.
They have a decent property to market, they buy it for themselves under cover & keep telling you and me, it’s sold, straight away. But in reality it’s them buying it.
They tell vendor, no interest etc
I just happened to speak to the vendor - year later and asked him, why it took him so long to sell, what these lot were marketing, he told me it wasn’t selling in the end steel
