Great experience with Innes where at short notice he was able to carry out a full buildings survey, taking over 200 photos and return a high quality report with ‘no stone unturned’. Clear he has a passion for his work and was able to explain the findings in layman’s term which help support our decision when considering purchasing a 100+ year old property.

Having retained the services of Innes Aitken Associates several times in the recent past I am happy to recommend highly. IAA have assisted in a variety of complex building refurbishments, common works and technically challenging projects and have consistently delivered a professional and reliable approach. Finlayson Gore Property Management Ltd will engage Innes Aitken Associates in the future when the need arises.
