Dont Bother - NO REALLY DONT !!!
My dog ripped the carpet in my Hotel about 80-90 sq Meters ( so not an insignificant job - about £3,000 - £4,000).
Three times I was promised somebody would come out and measure, Monday nobody turned up - or bothered to call to say they couldn't come, Tuesday Nobody turned up to measure.
Guess what - Today - I've received a call to say they cant come ....
So now despite having used them before - i'm left with no dining room ( because there is no carpet) over an Easter weekend.
Way to go guys - Customer service at it's very best NOT !!!!!!!

I am a 72 year old .5ft small built pensioner. I parked my car outside this companies business and started to walk across the road .I was not on any white lines yellow lines or clamping in progress signed..i was told by the owner of the shop who first of all whistled to get my attention..then told me if I didn't move my car he would get it clamped..he as no authority to threaten people with such action..i was legally parked causing no obstruction. If I would have been a 6ft 15st man .would he have treated him like that.i only moved my car in case see he marked it.. This is bad behaviour from business

Love my new carpet. Doggie was fab at helping me choose, recommending one that was suitable for us, taking into account we have 2 dogs. The carpet is not only stain resistant but you can even use detergent containing bleach to clean. The fitters were efficient and did a good job . Would highly recommend DPA carpets to all my friends and family. Thanks Dougie for a great job and a very competitive price .
