We have had a series of plumbers in the past who have come and done an ok job, but when there is a little problem they don’t want to know because they are too busy and it’s not worth their while. Then I met John who I rang initially as my current plumber had let me down and our bath tap had jammed and we needed help. He talked us through the problem on the phone and then came and sorted out it all out for us.
Since then he has fit a new bathroom suite for us, put a new boiler at my parents house and has put all new radiators in. He always responds to my calls and gives great advice. The bathroom

John came and found a water leak in the bathroom which unbeknown to us had been leaking for quite a while, Within the wall where the shower was installed. We only knew about it when it came through the ceiling in the kitchen. We decided we would have a complete new bathroom. They worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves every night and took all old bathroom including the plaster that was taken off the wall in readiness for replastering. The end result is fantastic. John even came back to take the toilet out when we had the floor laid then put it back in at no extra charge. They arrived

Yesterday I had an emergency job and we couldn’t have a found a better man for the job. He turned up within the hour, knew straight away what the issue was, where it was.
