So far I have had a quote called back about 6 weeks later and was told they would be fitted after Christmas I heard nothing so called back John came round to measure very polite lovely man was told I would have then in a week. But receive no communication from them 2 week later I called them back and I am waiting a response if I have no joy I will cancelled the order. From a positive point of view no deposit has been paid

Excellent Service!! Me and the other half are very happy! We arranged a measure and quote and was booked in a time suitable for and my partner as we both work during the day, the prices are Very competitive and fair and the fitter John was so friendly and helpful. DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND

Poor service and highly unprofessional!
Ģot a quote from valley blinds liked it so then booked a day for them to come round measure up etc, did not turn up and ì took time off work to be home, called them the women owner so unprofessional stated she may or may not have sent a text to say there were not coming, which they did not send, then tried to blame the size of our window is why they did not turn up as arranged, I live in a terrace house so the windows are very common not custom made. The owner was happy to lose my business and further business from me, what company is happy to lose out

The owner is very rude and unprofessional does not communicate with clients. She (these are her words) 'may or may.not have text me about not turning up for an appointment' after supposedly texting me (she didnt text me) to inform me that my window was too large for them to fit a blind and if they did go ahead the blind may not look right (i live in a terreced house) and that I needed to contact them if i still wanted to go ahead with the fitting. I did not receive any text messages of any kind so i waited in all day for them to come and measure up to fit my blind. After

We recently had wooden Venetian blinds fitted in our office room and the service we received was exemplary. I was expecting to have to take time off work so I was very pleased when I was told that the blinds could be fitted at 7pm on a weekday night. Not only were they fitted quickly and without a mess but I found the fitter to be very courteous and polite. We will be using Valley Blinds again for our large bay-front window. Thanks!
