KDN Property Services is the home of quality builders in the Holme Valley. We have been trading for nearly 20 years and have undertaken a diverse range of local projects, including new builds, extensions, roofs and drainage. We were incorporated in 2009 from Mick Charlesworth Construction which itself was established in 1988 providing competitive pricing together with quality workmanship ever since.

We can project manage your New Build from start to finish - your ideas turned into plans and those plans made into reality. KDN will complete the groundwork, drainage and foundations; Our experienced tradesmen will lay the bricks, blocks and stonework. Then KDN Property Services expert roofers will construct the traditional timber roof structure.
I just wanted to write to you to express my satisfaction with the way in which you undertook the repairs at my bungalow recently. I know we had a few rather wet issues, but it was October and it was England! I could not fault the immediate attention that was provided to remedy the problems and to put my mind at rest.
