Contacted right units a few months ago asking for a price for two windows, they contacted me straight away asking for more info which I happily gave them, they sent a very competitive quote supply only and supply and fix I opted for supply only and sent deposit they contacted again confirming deposit paid and asked a few extra questions regarding my bay window angle which I provided. About eight weeks later I got a call from there shop manager to say my windows were ready! I was very pleased and surprised at speed of construction both windows were paid for and picked up that Friday and fitted that

I haven't had the pleasure of using this service, but I have been blessed by Andy and his wife tonight because they had found my phone case with my driving licence, bank card and other cards - and delivered it to my door!! If Andy can be this genuine and kind enough to go out of his way, then I can only gather that he runs his business in the same manner. What amazing people. When I next need my windows/doors updating - I will be definitely using Right's!!

We have been customers of Right’s for over 20 years. Products are first rate, and after sales service is always excellent. I’m a power wheelchair user, yesterday afternoon the electric garage door sourced by Right’s went seriously wrong - my wheelchair was stuck in the garage. One phone call, and one text with photos, and it was fully fixed within 25 hours. Can’t ask for more than that.

Visited Rights to look at door options and impressed with the range on display in the showroom and the services of the staff as we discussed options. Very welcoming and helpful in making our decisions; no pressure to buy and left to reach own conclusions based on their experience and advice.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Andy and the team at rights so far. I went to the show room last week, ordered a door with Andy who was incredibly informative and helpful, a real expert. My door is due to be delivered the start of June and I can’t wait - once it’s been fitted I’ll update my review. But, so far, so good. Great service, wonderful to deal with. Based on my experience so far, I’ll be recommending to anyone.
