If you want to work for that company, think twice and read what I want to say. I have worked there, agreed the money etc.
After 3 weeks I was called upstairs to the managers office, was told that my speed is not good enough, that I am not as good as I have spoken and my money will GO DOWN(!) to minimum wage.
After some time I have realized that they are doing that to most of the people and thats why they got such a rotation. When I was with them there were 6 six people who wanted to leave the job in the same time.
Now I am with different company in Watford and they are happy with my work, and

As others have said once money is paid not interested if anything goes wrong. A company should be judged on that, easy when everything goes right. Fitted 2 sets of very large doors, both had issues, one major as wrong size was made, installer and Arkay couldn’t decide whose fault that was. Now the handles have started to cause an issue and Arkay say not their problem, shame as guys in showrooms were really helpful, poor help to customer
And if anyone does have the edge glide and can work out how to tighten them up please post something here. Arkay say they aren’t designed to be tightened!

I feel sorry for those few employees who are working for this company and still trying to provide a good service, but the vast majority is just incapable of performing their duty of customer care! I was recommended Arkay Window's services back in 2018 and, whilst there were major problems with getting the project completed, the company eventually sorted them out. Having done my due diligence on the company in advance, I knew they were FENSA approved supplier... what I didn't know is that the company wouldn't bother issuing a certificate of completion or anything to prove that the works carried

Quality of service was only matched by the superb engineered quality of the aluminium windows. From the first engagement and quote to the meeting of a tight deadline, precisely, with complex windows, in a pandemic, was truely astonishing. I would recommend them to anyone ... not the cheapest but the slight premium definitely worth it in spades...certainly the best choice...
