Changing Curtains is a local traditional curtain shop located in North London that combines classic and contemporary in both materials and styles, we maintain our position by constantly updating our products and fabrics. Pinch pleat curtains, goblet pleat curtains, eyeletted curtains, pencil pleat curtains, lined curtains, interlined curtains or blackout lined curtains also hard or soft pelmets, festoons or swags and tails if required. Plantation shutters - Not all windows are suitable for shutters but for those that are suitable american style louvre shutters do offer a simple contemporary window treatment.
Awnings & Canopies - an excellent alternative to air conditioning and cheaper to run, architects have long realised how external shade solutions can prevent heat build up, and prevention is better than a cure. For al fresco entertaining it is difficult to find a better solution.

We are fully open for new work and installing as usual, if you wish to visit our shop to browse fabrics or view our display you need to make an appointment, we are making appointments for one client/group at a time. Blackout lining - can be useful in bedrooms and home cinema areas. Light wash at the top can be minimised by using a pelmet or a covered lath or attaching the track to the ceiling.
We are occasionally asked why we sell secondhand curtains as if they were somehow of lesser quality than new curtains? We only take in curtains in good condition - preferably as new.

Changing Curtains have supplied my home with both curtains and blinds and every time the fit has been spot on. Sometimes blinds give problems and and when this happens they’ve always responded promptly and manage to fix problems that would defeat most suppliers. I thought such service had gone for good in this world!

Fantastic service. They do two things really well. The quality of their workmanship is excellent, as well as quick and efficient. But also their commitment to safety is total, which is very important if like us you have young kids. Highly recommended from me. Have used many times. They’ve been around for ages.
