Services
Hart & Hunnam was set up in 1976 in Torquay as a partnership between John Hart and Robin Hunnam. Robin Hunnam left the company, after 30 years, in 2006 while John's son, Robin, joined in 2008. Robin is an Associate Director of WT Hills Ltd. and is a science graduate of London University. Robin completed his Masters in Quantity Surveying at Northumbria University and qualified as a Member of RICS in 2011.
We offer a full range of quantity surveying services including cost estimating, cost management, advice on appropriate procurement routes and measured quantities. We offer various project management services including acting as Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator. We also provide CDM consultancy.
This project includes providing a new build community centre incorporating community hall and football club changing facilities in the centre of Minehead. Working with the architects, Louise Crossman Architects, we are providing full Quantity Surveying services to the client including budget estimates, contract documentation and post-contract services.
This rural property was within the existing ownership of the client but required extensive refurbishment and alterations. In addition a two storey extension was added including a large kitchen/diner as well as a master bedroom with ensuite and terrace to the first floor. We worked with Louise Crossman Architects and provided full Quantity Surveying services both pre and post contract.
