Iain is a Director of Haarer Goss Commercial Property Consultants having joined the firm in 1994 after graduating from De Montfort University with an honours degree in Land Management. He has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered surveyors since 1997 and specialises in the areas of Landlord & Tenant, Commercial Property Investment, Property Management and Rent Review.
He is also involved in Commercial Property Agency and Development work. Mark has a wealth of experience in both the residential and commercial property sectors. After graduating with an honours degree in Estate Management from the University of the West of England he worked in the residential property market before joining Haarer Goss in 2001.
Mark qualified to become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2004 and specialises in Commercial Property Management, Agency and Valuation work. Sarah is responsible for the overall administration of the office on a day to day basis. Debbie joined Haarer Goss in 2009 and works alongside the Managed Property Accounts department.

Iain at Haarer and Goss has been excellent. This is my first venture into renting commercial property and Iain did an amazing job of making things clear and easy for me.
