Installers arrived on time, worked quietly, and made the least amount of fuss and were clean and tidy. I'm happy with the result and would recommend. The windows did take a long time to come, but I believe that to be down solely to supply chain issues (October 2021). The communication from the Company regarding the delays was good. No complaints.

Used Apex based on a recommendation. The wait times were very long, which was to be expected due to supply issues and this was the reason given.
After quote, it however took at least 6 weeks for someone to come and measure the windows and door.
They then got this wrong on one of our windows, someone else turned up out of the blue to remeasure another few weeks later.
On fitting day, longer than 12 weeks after initial appointment which we were advised was the wait time, the frame that had been remeasured didn't fit. The fitter also damaged our back door as he left it so that it wouldn't slot

Fantastic job and excellent communication. Though we had to wait a while (not an Apex issue but a supplies issue, nationally) we received regular updates and reassurance that they were on it. The window fitting was excellent and we are really pleased the end result and definitely would use Apex again.

New triple glazed windows and back door fitted. The windows are of good quality, the house feels a lot warmer with no draughts. The 2 fitters Barry and Ricky did an excellent job to a high standard, No hard selling after initial telephone call, the surveyor even fixed 2 jammed windows for me until my windows were fitted. great value for money. I would highly recommend Apex Windows

I have recently had some work done at my place by Apex Windows which involved a new front door and new cladding.
