I started Colin's Sash Windows in the beginning of 2014. Until then uPVC sliding sash windows were really only available from local double glazing installers who would want to come and measure up, supply and install. They've got high overheads with high pressure sales people, surveyors and fitters and prices to match.

Colin's supply casement windows using Kommerling Chamfered C70 and Ovolo O70 sculptured profiles. Profiles offer a 70mm frame depth, extruded using a lead-free colourfast UPVC Greenline compound. The ovolo design of the O70 has a curved frame and opening sashes creating a softer appearance adding design flair to your installation.
The unique system design is pure engineering magic. Super strong, light, 40mm aluminium frame rafters create slim, elegant roof profiles with excellent thermal performance. By keeping sight lines low and unobtrusive, the manufacturer ensures even a large glazed roof structure won't over dominate a plot.

I found Colins Sash Windows on the internet and I have been amazed by how good the service is. From me sending measurements to getting a quote the next day, ordering and the windows coming a couple of weeks earlier than suggested. We fitted ourselves and are so pleased with the quality for the price. I was quoted £10,700 to have windows supplied and fitted by another company yet only paid £3,300 to Colin's for exactly what I needed, and far quicker than could have been supplied and fitted by others. I called for technical advise when fitting a bay window and was "sceptical" when passed a mobile number to call. However, I couldn't have been more pleased. Paul was very helpful and then messaged me to call him if any more assistance needed. I would recommend to anybody.

Unfortinately in the midst of a negative experience with Colin's Sash Windows.
We ordered 7 windows and a bifold door from them. We were told 10 week delivery time. Some of the windows were UPVC and some were aluminium so from different factories.
The UPVC arrived on time and look great. The aluminium we repeatedly request updates on via several emails and calls. We received 1 email response a few weeks in saying it was too early to give any updates, the remainder of the time we received no response.
9.5 weeks after we'd paid the deposit I emailed to say I'd heard nothing but we were expecting

Beware of this company! Whilst I was happy with the quality of french doors that I purchased I would recommend people avoid this company. In their terms and conditions they take no responsibility for basically any issues that occur. When my doors were delivered (an issue in itself as they are unable to give clear indications of delivery dates) the driver failed to deliver the cill for the door and the seals for the windows. I had no way of knowing these parts were missing as there was no delivery note and the door frame was wrapped up. It turned out they had been delivered to the wrong address

I have received excellent customer service via email and telephone calls before ordering my industrial style patio doors. I had LOTS of questions and Didi was quick to respond and reassure me. Even after paying for the doors, communication has continued including detailed drawings of the doors. I am looking forward to their arrival.
