Services
With an ever increasing demand for new and affordable housing, Indecon continues to enjoy successful and increasingly closer relationships with a number of Housing Associations and Local Authorities through the London Area and the Eastern Home Counties. Throughout these areas we have been involved in new build schemes of various sizes, from the construction of individual houses to the development of large scale projects of up to thirty units.
Indecon have been involved with projects in schools and colleges since we first began trading. Working closely with surveyors, employer's agents and architects, we have a recognised expertise in the provision and relocation of demountable class units alongside a new build capacity to suit varying budgets.
We have established a reputation in the private sector as a company able to deliver a quality service in the construction of new houses, extensions to existing properties and for complete overhaul and refurbishment projects. We have completed projects in central London converting and extending high value properties and designed and built new dwellings in both outer London and Essex.
As a company we have an established track record of general estate refurbishment programmes across London and the South East. Through our experience of working in occupied dwellings, Indecon are well placed to assist our clients in the drive to improve the existing house stock through the national Decent Homes initiative.
