Acclaim have just completed work on replacing the flat roof of an ex-council house that I rent out in docklands which was in a terrible state (the surveyor said it was the worst roof he had ever seen having a vast bed of water lying under the surface).
After having contacted a number of possible contractors (one who wanted to charge me £500 just to come and assess the roof and provide a quote) most of whom did not get back to me at all, a rep from Acclaim and a surveyor from Bauder (the roofing material provider) arrived promptly, completed their survey and I had a quote in my hands within a
