Excellent customer service. Very competitively priced. Very friendly family run business. Purchased 2 sofas. Was kept informed of their progress. Delivery was no extra cost and the sofas were bought in, unpacked, placed and packaging was removed. We will definitely be going here first for any new furniture requirements. Highly recommend. And love our new sofas.

Very pleased with my furniture, a small delay with delivery because of COVID but apart from that brilliant, and two great delivery drivers plus they took old furniture for charity shop.

Ignore those bad reviews. They were so kind to my grandmother. Held on to her furniture because of covid, and arranged a safe delivery. And when she wasn't happy with the position of it they came back and moved it for her. She's so happy with her new wardrobe and bedside tables, the gentlemen were lovely and attentive to her, lovely people. 100% recommended!

Scammers. Unfortunately Allan Hargreaves is a scammer. He rang us and tried to extort money from us and we told him to go away so he left a bad review on this site. This is just one of the many scams that we have to deal with on a daily basis.
Regarding Frost and Small. A year ago Laurie's Furniture delivered to them and we had problems getting a sofa through their narrow PVC front door, we looked at all the options and finally had to take the door off.Please bear in mind a lot of companies will not do this. Terrible service shown price was not right they tried to charge me £150 more so i canceled the deal and they got really aggressive. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We have just taken delivery of a new sofa, purchased from Laurie's. From choosing it to having it delivered, we've received first class service. We visited the shop several times and each time Liz was extremely helpful, and above all, not 'pushy'. The men who delivered it to our cottage, where nothing is standard, arrived exactly when they said they would, and were very efficient at getting the sofa in through the kitchen. Thank you to all concerned.

As a family we have used Laurie's furniture numerous times. We find the service first rate, the prices competitive and the staff helpful...offering information and advice without being pushy. They have great furniture but also all those finishing touches....lamps, mirrors, pictures and decorative bits and pieces. Whoever chooses there display items has a real eye for interior design! Love this store....an asset to the town.

Would never recommended this place. They are rude, threatening, abusive, have no respect for their customers and provide substandard furniture.

They have a great stock of beds and furniture here. The shop is a lot bigger than it looks from outside. the team are really friendly. The prices are very fair.
