Bob arrived at the time agreed.
However I was most perturbed that he had read through paperwork which was in a folder in my garage.
Then when we came to have a shower (on the Saturday)we had no hot water, I called his number numerous times and left voicemails text messages and called the landline but no answer.
So we were to be left with no water and no heating over the weekend.
Finally someone we knew contacted his wife and he then called us.
He directed us to what we needed to do which was remove the front of the boiler where it became apparent that 2 components hadn't been reconnected,
